Nice overview! Just a quick note, for everybody who prefers to use Cycles, the Backface Culling setting will not work for rendering. Instead, in the material you have to use Geometry > Backfacing as mix factor between what the front facing shader should be and a Transparent BSDF.
I am not one of those. I lack the patience for the ridiculous wait time on cycles. I don't understand how folks wait for days for a cinematic scene to be rendered.
@@s.patterson5698 Wait for days? Okay, time to get better hardware 🤣 Anyway, well thanks for the insight, then this information wasn't for you, but for those who have the patience.
@gordonbrinkmann That's what I have heard from folks and I tend to believe them because of my own limited experience using Cycles. I have a 4000 RTX and rendering a 160 frame animation sequence was going on near 30 minutes in Cycles. That's why I just use Eevee. Must be a setting that I am missing or something.
The Y is an easter egg? The letter i wants to know your location, you can chose between: [Accept] [Do Not Refuse] Edit: Just after I wrote this you corrected yourself in the video. Great tutorial as always!
Hahaha, I think It happened to me because I'm always thinking in XYZ axis for Blender, so I guess my brain just switched the "I" for "Y" 🤦♂Doing too many Blender tutorials is affecting me 😂

Thank you so much for sharing this!!!🔥
Will do my own matrix....
I see what you just did😅....that was the FIRST thing I thought of!😊
I think multiplication uses less compute power then divide. So, when I need to divide, I multiple py a fraction.
Great turorial!
I didn't know it. Good to know!
Merci !
Thank you very much again for your support 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
