Will Rocks! I remember seeing him play at a Zildjian Day in Scotland in early 90's with Vinnie and Tony Williams. Will blew my mind that day! Those drums look fantastic! Congrats! 🤘🥁🤘DC
Will is really good people! we were friends at Berklee college. and since then any time he was in Cleveland on tour we would catch up. His drumming is unbelievably great! Love the new kit!!!!
Followed this man since late 80s. Saw him at Modern Drummer festival. Awesome player and human being. Those drums are a work of art.. for a true artist who makes this world a better place.
I met Will in the fall of 87 when their album just came out and they were playing in Connecticut I believe it was at a college in New Britain. Anyway we got to hang out with them all day have dinner with them and I got a lot of great photos with them and they were all super nice guys. I always remember being blown away by Will and his drumming he's only a couple years older than I am, but I look at him like an older brother from another mother, love him and Living Colour
Love Will Calhoun. First time I ever heard him was on Living Colour’s album VIVID. The whole band are top-tier musicians, but all that I was able to hear on VIVID and Time’s up were him and Muzz Skillings. Those two were pure magic together.
I listened to so much Living Colour back in the day -- still love the band and Will's playing was/is an enormous part of their sound. He's still got it too!

Was fortunate enough to play with Will on a bunch of things at Berklee in the mid 80s. He always made it easy for everyone else to sound good. He earned his success.
Madman B I actually didn’t learn that he was in Living Color till years after they hit. When I saw his name, I thought to myself holy crap, that’s Will?! When I knew him (1985-86) he had his hair cropped short just for openers. We both played on both the singers showcase and commencement concerts of both of those years. There was a group of teachers who put together those amazing concerts. They still do them too.
Madman B While I was at Berklee, I would think to myself… Who among these people are going to be the big shots? Sure enough, a fair smattering of my guys I played with up there indeed became big shots. I should add that Will was a really cool guy and a great hang too.
I saw Will twice in Amsterdam at the paradiso, fantastic live show. I went up to the first ring for a better view of the band. Once there I was only watching at the incredible powerhouse behind the drumset. Never have seen anyone play like that, he made an unbelievable impression. You earned your killer drums, 100%
