I do the brow wow gel by elf and then go in with the elf precise brow pencil, i like the wet n wild precise pencil also but they only have the brunette brow mascara i noticed :(

(don't get me wrong I like some of my high end, but some drug store is better than the pricey stuff.) Love how your following is growing and growing.
