I saw the thumbnail of Pete vs Syndrome and the length at 3 hours and I was like "Yeah that makes sense, the villains from that box take forever and are tedious as hell to play." LOL Minus Madame Mim of course. She's the only fun one from that box.
A soft lock means there is no way to accomplish your objective. The situation you described is a major hurdle that will slow Captain Hook down, but he still can win with more time! A soft lock is like Queen of Hearts having all Allies at one location with no Heroes and Alice in the Realm! Hope this helps!
@@jackskellingtonsoraMy understanding, which it has to be said is not without fault, is that new Captain Hook's map stipulates that Peter Pan cannot be moved under another Hero is defeated. Because Taunt would force Peter Pan to be defeated before any others Heroes, Hook would be forced to defeat Peter Pan (NOT at the Jolly Roger) and get him out again. Not a softlock per se, but kind of a death sentence to be sure. Or perhaps, if Hook gets lucky, an opponent would be forced to play Taunt on another Hero, hence allowing Hook to defeat that other Hero and discard the map, but I can't really imagine a situation in which that'd work.
Please keep uploading these, incredibly entertaining and theres not much like it.

Good video! Was waiting for this, Want more!
If Peter Pan is out with a Taunt plus the Map being out is that not just a soft lock and you auto-lose?

@@notmydance I know what a soft lock is, that was my question. How would Captain Hook be able to get out of this lock?
