The Tantive IV chase shot with the Star Destroyer closing in is iconic, good job! The closeups need some weathering in the textures, but the wide shots look amazing and spot on!
Very nice, I always thought that the good guys lazers were green and not red but it's actually the other way around which was an interesting production decision.
I think it's the original, not the clone tbh: I thought the same of this shot in the film, it's the light positioning hitting the orbital station at such a flat angle that blows out the shadows and breaks the immersion of the scene. Or it is for me anyway ;p
when the tantive iv came out and the star destroyer, I just went "fucking hell" and had to pick my jaw up. the only thigns that looked out of place were the darth maul and tarkin models, the whole uncanny valley thing, they looked kind of... plastic? but honestly though for real time rendering thts phenominal
Yeah the things like ships are pretty damn close but theres still a bit left to go on characters. Thought tbh the digital tarkin in the movie has some work to do as well so for it to be so close in real time in just a few years is pretty cool

Man, Disney has never looked this good.

I love how started very childhood mood, but the last shots were just terrifying as the original ones, nice work!
!!!! Awesome work
Wow thats too good!
how did you get the lasers to shoot
that's unreal!
Everything looks good, but something is off with jumping off hyperspace in Scarif battle scene.

@@ossirioth In the original the ships are kinda motion blurred before the stop. Still a great job though for sure.
@@ossirioth I think the animation just stops too fast on the exit, even for the slightest, but there should be a smoother transition
what tool did you use for motion capture for the body?
I used Cascadeur for Darth Maul and Metahuman animator for the Tarkin face

Aight cool story bro. Keep it up. Not great the first and 1/3 of your movie was just text scroll. Then cut to prequel Darth mall. Get better cuz.
