There's nothing wrong with your swing bro. What is happening is you have developed a lot of power and the club is sometimes beating your hips to the ball. The way to prevent that is to just not pause and leave the back swing the same or a little faster. Then, when you fire the hips, your delay at the top will be the club loading instead of waiting.
