  • Hey Curl friends!
    In this video I am doing a silk press using ONLY olaplex products from start to finish!
    In this videoo you will see my entire diamind silk press process !
    What Is Olaplex? Olaplex is a system that aims to repair and prevent hair damage. It works on a molecular level by restoring the hair's broken disulfide bonds which can result from harsh chemical treatments like bleaching and coloring! The patented OLAPLEX Bond Building technology works on a molecular level. Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate, a single molecule, dramatically improves the hair strength, protects from within, and provides immediate results for all hair types.
    As a curly stylist who loves color, it is a Staple here at Haus of E’Lora!
    20 STEPS:
    Clarify and towel Dry
    Spray on No. 0 & Let It sit for 10 minutes
    (Do not Rinse)
    layer on No. 3 and wait an additional 10 min
    Rinse Thoroughly!
    Use No. 4 To shampoo hair!
    Rinse thoroughly!
    Ring out excess water
    Apply Olaplex 4-In-1 mask all over hair
    Keep that on for 15-20 min
    Rince
    Towel Dry
    Apply No. 9 all over
    Section into 5
    Apply No. 6 section by section & detangle
    Blow dry roots then ends to base
    Silk press,
    Curl.
    Comb out.
    Flex.
    Repeat.

    Olapex just didn't work well with my hair over time. My stylist used it on many ppl and it seems to work for them... It's almost like you have to keep using . My hair feels horrible & I am not 100% Sure it's linked to olapex. I'm going to use the avocado & aloe treatment to repair.

    Comb out and blow dry starting from end to root never start at the root second hair is too dry to flat iron moisturize befor heat

      I hit the roots, all around the base first then ends back up to the roots. To each it’s own tho 🥰 this works very well for me.

    I didn't know number Three was a protein treatment.

    • @CanDoesIt
      @CanDoesIt 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @bridgette flowers it actually isn't a " protein treatment" it has a tiny bit of protein in it but not enough to be deemed a protein treatment. It's a bond builder. It's bomb either way but not a protein treatment. Hope this helps ❤️❤️

      @@AshleyNichele its a heck of a product, whatever the formulation right!? If you like the Olaplex check out the K18. Bommmmmb! And it doesn't wash out like Olaplex. Just has to be used correctly but it's a lifesaver on blonde hair ❤️❤️

      @@AshleyNichele hey love. I am not sure. I ordered mine one on Amazon, once from the K18 site and then at Sephora in store and online. It is awesome on damaged, damaged hair. If you only have a little split ends or parched hair I would stick with Olaplex.Amika products are bomb too for overall health. K18 is a product that fixes from the inside out with each use building on the previous treatment. BUT, it's best if the hair is like bleached blonde or extreme heat damage...stuff like that. Hope this makes sense ❤️

    • @AshleyNichele
      @AshleyNichele  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2
