Do you have an explanation as to how this should be helping? 10% stretch of that tape? That means there isn't much if any force being applied in any direction. Should it just be the tactile sense is directing patient's movement?
Daniel Mosch yes sir it is a lot of tape. Typically pain is so easily reduced. And I don’t have to spend tons of time with this as it almost fully reduces itself with consistent and short term taping!!! Thank you for the comment
I have severs disease and I'm in cheer I have tryouts today and I'm really nervous but my couch kind of knows about it. It hasn't gotten better and I went to the doctor and he said all I could is stretch it what do I do he only gave me one stretch that doesn't really help very much
Same but I play soccer and I thought the same about the stretches but my bi brother had it and he said the stretches really work but you have to keep doing them till it's cured it takes awhile

in the clinic we typically buy rolls of KT tape and cut them to any length we need... saves money and you can custom it to the length of the individual
My first try at this did not help my daughter and it started coming off in 15min.Ill try again but i cant imagine i made such a big mistake that it didnt work and came off both.

That’s a lot of taping for one foot and then you gotta do it every time you do sport although don’t get me wrong great tutorial

Trevor Jones this is prob late but make sure there aren’t any lubricants on the skin like : lotion, oils or even any sweat
