#15 - The "Russian" text isn't actually Russian. It's just in cyrillic. Whoever made it just wrote English words in cyrillic. The last word "CKPNM" = Scream.

It's because the human brain cannot process the extreme expressions created by the paint, it elicits panic or fear as it's hard to know the intentions of those wearing the paint. It's similar as to how people are naturally repulsed or afraid of specific patterns such as holes, it's something the mind perceives as dangerous from past experience (referring to when humans had to figure out what animals or plants were dangerous)
