It makes no sense for L’Oreal to discontinue fragrances that sell well. Especially those highly touted in the fragrance community. There are so many gems in the fragrance line. I could see them changing the bottles & even rebrand the line name, but discontinue after buying Mugler seems like a waste of money.

I followed your advise and I got myself pure havane for 38$. I cut around the atomiser cover and it sprays really well. One question tho… the rubber cover is really sticky how do you remove the sticky feeling?

I bought Pure Havane on a whim because I liked the way it smelled. If I'd have known it was going to go away 6mo. later, I'd have bought two or three bottles, instead of just one.

I have both! Along with Pure Tonka and Ultra Zest. Malt is my favorite for coldest of days. Tonka bounces of my skin and always gets that someone smells good comment.

Pure Malt is extremely overrated. Pure Havane and Pure Tonka smell way better

Check out Fragrance World- Star Men Nebula........a clone of Pure Malt original formulation....IMO. Very close match !! IMHO.
They also make Star Men...a A* Men clone...also very good match.
