سر سٹی ہاؤسنگ گوجرانولہ میں 2 سال پہلے انہوں نے ڈیل دی تھی پانچ مرلہ پلاٹ کی قیمت 22 لاکھ 50 ہزار طے ہوئی تھی ۔ ہم نے 25 فیصد ایڈوانس رقم ادا کی ۔ دو سال انہوں نے نہ ہی کوئی قسط لی اور نہ ہی کوئی ڈیویلپمنٹ کا کام شروع کیا ۔ یہاں تک کہ زمین بھی نہیں خریدی۔ اب دو سال بعد اسی پلاٹ کی قیمت 35 لاکھ کر دی گئی ہے اور ساری رقم یکمشت ادا کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا جا رہا ہے ۔ بہت مایوسی ہوئی ہمیں ایسا لگ رہا ہے کہ کھاریاں میں بھی یہ فراڈ ہی کریں گے۔
