I’ve been trying to get to Walmart since the first video, but the hurricane in SWFL stopped me for a few days. I’ve seen several items I NEED to have for my slim tree with white and silver ornaments. Walmart has really stepped up the quality. Tomorrow is the day! I can’t wait!

Which one do you prefer-the My Texas House garland or walmarts’s Holiday Time 6 ft mixed greenery garland that went viral last year?
I like both. They are both 9ft and one is $20 vs $29. I think they would be great together honestly. It just really depends if you like a mix or just the cedar.

I went to one of my favorite Walmarts on Saturday to see if any Christmas things was out and it was. Not a lot, they are still setting up.
They had a 6ft real touch garland for only $27.88. I may purchase2 and replace my old pine ones. I already have one I probably thrifted from somewhere.
I am very excited! I love celebrating my Lord!
I’m going to use the cedar garland for my dining room table centerpiece with pumpkins, candles, (and hopefully that brass pheasant) and then change it out for Christmas!

Walmart had really done an incredible job with their decor. I got the My Texas House tree for my dining room. I have one in my bedroom too. I have a beautiful green aspen fir for my family room. So excited for Christmas but enjoying my Fall decor until after Thanksgiving! 🍁🧡🍂
Love all the bells. I liked the garland. It would make a beautiful swag wreath for my door. I’m really hoping I can find an affordable white twig tree that’s about 5 feet.

I did get all the acrylic nutcrackers my store had so that was a score !! They were $1.98 a piece. I found the same thing on Etsy at 15$ a piece!

Hey Emiley… gurl, I had Sussed out and most of this decor already and received it too, it’s so good. I’m doing a couple green trees but I usually add some flocked picks and sprays in it. I am putting 1 flocked and actually a white in my bedroom this year! Ok I’m sorry I think this is gonna be long but I don’t have anyone to talk about my decor habit with.. lol. Ok the MTH cedar garland is so much better than the Norfolk! (I have at least 6 of them between 2 afloral and Kirklands). I have the 6ft HL cedar from last year but pieces do come off of it pretty easily. I have a few of the Walmart ones, the mixed greenery and a $27 one, I think that’s cedar from last year, but it’s only 6ft too. Plus I have a bunch of Michaels skinner greenery garlands. I’m tryingto be done with garland forever, I mean wth do I think I’m decorating? I also got 2 of the MTH Mercury garlands, 4 of the led gold leaf ones but I’m returning 2, because I found some white berry led ones on Amazon I want too. I also have 2 gold bell ones from HL and from 2 from Michael’s. A couple Dark and light wood beaded ones and now I think I’m gonna have to get that dang star one Emiley! I love stars, bells, trees, and deer for Christmas. Not really a Santa or Snowman girl but they’re cute. Oh and the nutcrackers.. how could I forget, I have black ones, gold ones, a faux stone one, a real marble one and several wood ones that I think I’m going to diy with the spray shellac and then spray with metallic gold, it really looks like antique brass. The Target ones cost more but I really love the shape of them, I may cave. Ok bells.. I’ve got the huge cream ceramic ones from Kirklands last year, the bronze ones on the stands from World Mkt (kinda regret those), I have several huge antique gold from Amazon and HL. I just ordered the 3 on stands from Etsy that I wanted last year, huge gold ones from decor steals (haven’t even gotten them out of the box yet). Last year I bought 4 or 5 of HL biggest bells (16 inch maybe) to diy but never did , and now you have me wanting those gold cone shaped ones too! Ok so in writing all this I am a hoarder and I must be stopped, but I won’t blame you for showing me the video. My thoughts on the MTH trees. I love the short 1 I got last year, I’m fixing to return the 7.5 ft though. I remembered you can’t put any weight on the branches. I got that viral sparse Amazon/Wayfair one from year before last and it’s sturdy but I like filling up my tree with big balls and garland and ribbon. So I’m trying to sell that one and I got the green 7.5ft Holiday Time one for $189 with the twinkle lights, I hope I like it. My lights went out on mine a couple years ago and I haven’t quite found a true replacement yet. I’d love a Balsam hill but I can’t bite the bullet. If the green one isn’t good, I think I’m going the Home Depot direction. Whew if you really read that book I wrote, I apologize but those are my thoughts! Long time sub of your and I love your content. Oh someone said your hair looks better short. Your hair is beautiful either way girl!

Thank you for taking us along there’s so many nice things this year! I wanted to get your personal opinion on the “my Texas house tree” the one for $180 do you think it’s worth that it looks a little sparse but I haven’t seen it myself in person! Thanks
I tried to show you in the video and from what I've seen they all look the dame. Yes, slightly sparse but if you like that and dont plan to decorate it super heavy I think its a great choice. I like a fuller tree but when the mth trees twinkle its so pretty.
I saw it on display in store this past week. And I agree with Emily, it is pretty sparse at the center. Like you can see the wire attachments showing a lot. Seeing it in person made me wonder about all the hype about this tree. 🤷🏼♀️ I guess it just boils done to personal taste and what you like. The feel of it and the greenery with the twinkle lights is great! The center part just isn’t for me. I have the MTH garland and I love it! Do you have the option to see it in person in your Walmart?
