We need an effective judiciary I am pleasantly surprised to see 140 cr Indians patiently waiting for justice and upholding democracy despite a collapsed judiciary. Though SC judges always say " drmo😅" but a failed judiciary is a threat to democracy. One day, Indians will lose patience. SC loves criminal cases and ignore civil cases. I think , constitution gives a direction to prioritise criminal cases over the civil cases SC is not deciding old cases of poorest section, senior citizens who die without getting justice, but pass judgement, bail to criminals, corrupt and serious offenders whose liberty is top priority, than justice for the litigants who have been waiting indefinitely n the kolkoltta 2022 rape murder burning body , criminals are acquitted 😂😂😂what a stupid judiciary 😂😂😂 for the girl who was raped killed burnt body SC CJI is preoccupied with giving instructions to judges to grant bail , no order to pass judgement in old cases .

The state of Bengal took it to the SC so that they can delay it and not pay the DA. There should be actually be Special courts for cases pertaining to Politicians with a 1 to 3 year verdict mandate. This will stop them from foisting false cases or getting caught in genuine cases. It is frustrating that cases regarding them drag on for decades and then there is the final acquittal.

Earlier I had good feeling about Indian Judiciary. Now, after I followed NEET 2024 case, I doubt that. SC took exact decision as government stand had before the final verdict. Most of the time we are not happy with the government actions, so we move to courts for justice ⚖️. Most of time we forget that Judiciary give decision on basis of proof and evidences which we present there. Guess what, common people don't have the idea of that. The people had feeling that Judiciary has equal power as any government has. Now they doubt that. If we lose trust in democracy and judiciary, then there will be chaos everwhere. The part that isn't understood by the Hon Courts is the Nexus between the criminals and law enforcement authorities that manipulate the Fir,s and reports so the case can't stand in Court on account of bad investigation and loopholes kept open for exploitation. This gives immense confidence to the criminals as they have paid for all this and are assured Freedom. The victim is just left hoping and weeping. Sir Do you believe in justice delayed is justice denied, if yes why the investigating agencies take such a long time and then in the court, because by the time justice is delivered the victim or the family of the victim has already lost the confidence in the judicial system but yes they do feel some satisfaction to their hearts and mind but the prolonged grief has already made them weak.
There are many complete false and frevelous rape ( sexaul assualt) cases for some reasons, including grudge or money or otherwise. What does law do with such innocent victims of alleged crime, who never committed any such offense nor such offense ever had taken place. My view is that the key witnesses should come to the court to make all such substantial statements before the court on oath and further such witnesses shall be appraised of the legal consequences of false and frivolous rape case and thier statments be recorded in court immediately after registering the FIR and if found false in any circumstances of the judicial proceedings then such perpetrators of law shall be punished with life imprisonment immediately with complete compesation for his life , liberty and dignity, as he and his family had lost evething. Probably Indian police man ( one of the most corrupt departments in india , they take money from both the complainant and accused as well ) and they can be purchased or influenced with few thousand and lakhs of rupees. The court shall look into more on scientific and technical evidence rather than believing in the statement of some witnesses who conspired to tarnish the life and liberty of someone who is really innocent.
He just beats round the bush. Sometimes, when you read a lot, it is like walking deep into a forest, you lose your way, even the cardinal directions just losing the basics of fairness & morality. As a result, ending up executing the letter of the law, NOT the spirit of the law.
Courts should attach the accused all assets, bank assets based the value of scam, corruption, etc first. Then ask for 10%-50% worth bail bond non-refundable. Then grant bail. Also, courts should combine all others courts of accused and speed up all cases and finish. Instead take decades in each by that time accused may leave this world and wipe off these. The taxpayers hard earned money is gone in drains.
CJI said that it takes very long time for cases to come before the Supreme Court. That's not true for the members of the "Gandhi" family. For them the Court can become open anytime.

The CJI should've been asked some more difficult questions of pressing issues like the state of lawlessness in the country and why are people losing faith in the judiciary. Like after the Nirbhaya r#pe incident the r%pe laws were changed overnight and were made very very strict but still after a decades, why incidents like these still happen? Also from the perspective of men, why don't married men have any article in his defense why has the husband has to pay huge alimony even if the wife is earning well? Why false rape case rate is so high in India? Why are the male suic*de rates are nearly 3 times higher than women? Why are rapes still happening in the country and why is the male suicide rate so high? Clearly there is a fundamental problem with the judiciary that both men and women have to suffer even after 78 years of Independence.

Earlier I had good feeling about Indian Judiciary. Now, after I followed NEET 2024 case, I doubt that. SC took exact decision as government stand had before the final verdict.
Most of the time we are not happy with the government actions, so we move to courts for justice ⚖️. Most of time we forget that Judiciary give decision on basis of proof and evidences which we present there. Guess what, common people don't have the idea of that.
The people had feeling that Judiciary has equal power as any government has. Now they doubt that. If we lose trust in democracy and judiciary, then there will be chaos everwhere.
We don't want anarchy in our country neither in our dreams.
Why every time, the common man has take to streets for justice, say farmers agitation, CAA, women wrestlers, now Doctors, at times, protests may be more than a year, why

The part that isn't understood by the Hon Courts is the Nexus between the criminals and law enforcement authorities that manipulate the Fir,s and reports so the case can't stand in Court on account of bad investigation and loopholes kept open for exploitation. This gives immense confidence to the criminals as they have paid for all this and are assured Freedom. The victim is just left hoping and weeping. The porous point that goes against the victim is the investigation that is heavily manipulated with bribes and political power leaving no chance to the victims.
A cool MAN, so much attached to the pro's and cons of the legislative aspects of the land, but yes sir, don't you think it's high time now and judges should be given a free hand in going across the line in dealing of passing verdict in gruesome acts.

Sir Do you believe in justice delayed is justice denied, if yes why the investigating agencies take such a long time and then in the court, because by the time justice is delivered the victim or the family of the victim has already lost the confidence in the judicial system but yes they do feel some satisfaction to their hearts and mind but the prolonged grief has already made them weak.
There are many complete false and frevelous rape ( sexaul assualt) cases for some reasons, including grudge or money or otherwise. What does law do with such innocent victims of alleged crime, who never committed any such offense nor such offense ever had taken place.
My view is that the key witnesses should come to the court to make all such substantial statements before the court on oath and further such witnesses shall be appraised of the legal consequences of false and frivolous rape case and thier statments be recorded in court immediately after registering the FIR and if found false in any circumstances of the judicial proceedings then such perpetrators of law shall be punished with life imprisonment immediately with complete compesation for his life , liberty and dignity, as he and his family had lost evething.
Probably Indian police man ( one of the most corrupt departments in india , they take money from both the complainant and accused as well ) and they can be purchased or influenced with few thousand and lakhs of rupees.
The court shall look into more on scientific and technical evidence rather than believing in the statement of some witnesses who conspired to tarnish the life and liberty of someone who is really innocent.
He just beats round the bush. Sometimes, when you read a lot, it is like walking deep into a forest, you lose your way, even the cardinal directions just losing the basics of fairness & morality. As a result, ending up executing the letter of the law, NOT the spirit of the law.

Courts should attach the accused all assets, bank assets based the value of scam, corruption, etc first. Then ask for 10%-50% worth bail bond non-refundable. Then grant bail. Also, courts should combine all others courts of accused and speed up all cases and finish. Instead take decades in each by that time accused may leave this world and wipe off these. The taxpayers hard earned money is gone in drains.

CJI said that it takes very long time for cases to come before the Supreme Court. That's not true for the members of the "Gandhi" family. For them the Court can become open anytime.

Indian justice system is too lenient for major crimes and too time consuming for trivial cases….pls don’t dilute justice and confuse justice with mercy…the job of court is to serve justice and not to serve mercy to criminals….the decision to grant mercy is with the victim’s parents and God and not with you, CJI sir….your eagerness to grant bail for narcotic case, and other serious cases increases crime in India…
The CJI should've been asked some more difficult questions of pressing issues like the state of lawlessness in the country and why are people losing faith in the judiciary. Like after the Nirbhaya r#pe incident the r%pe laws were changed overnight and were made very very strict but still after a decades, why incidents like these still happen?
Also from the perspective of men, why don't married men have any article in his defense why has the husband has to pay huge alimony even if the wife is earning well? Why false rape case rate is so high in India? Why are the male suic*de rates are nearly 3 times higher than women? Why are rapes still happening in the country and why is the male suicide rate so high? Clearly there is a fundamental problem with the judiciary that both men and women have to suffer even after 78 years of Independence.
