LOL jet lag is much, much, worse West to East... You've got that to look forward to... Last time I was woken up, by a Fireman at my door, and hauled out of my house, because I literally couldn't make any sense of the situation, until I saw the flames! (a very small fire, in a mutual yard: petty vandalism between antisocial neighbours)

Strangely, I had a better time dealing with the jet lag coming back to the UK. Really felt it going out to NY. But not so much on the return.
