Hi, your videos have been really helpful especially your medicnote notebook recommendation. Thank you! Is there anything that you use to interpret blood tests?
Hi Lisa, I’m really happy you’ve found them useful! Which year of medicine are you in? I’ve never used any specific resource to learn interpreting blood results. I’ve always just learned the relevant bloods alongside each medical condition I study. It’s also one of those things that comes with being on clinical placements and seeing it all in action.
Rewatching all your videos to remind myself why of I've applied to manchester. 🤩 edit: I've heard that students across all years at manchester take the same test every year for their summatives and the schools expects you to improve a certain percentage in order you move onto the next year? I can't remember where I got this information from, so I'm trying to find it in writing somewhere?
@@farhanraza908 transfers are possible but I am not entirely sure of which universities offer this. It will be a case of looking at each individual university’s website or contacting their medical admin team. You would need to also meet their entry requirements.

Hey, yes on written exams they are. But alongside this you also have practical exams which are worth more than written exams.
