Hi, everybody. It's Dr. Kim. I wanted to make this video in response to a message that I got from someone I've been working with privately. As soon as she's engaged in this work with radical health, all the despair, anger, fear really came up really loudly. She went into this whole state of what am I doing wrong? It was a big theme of no matter what I do, I'll always be stuck. I'll never get there. The thing I want to share, is that it is the moment when we step into the light that the darkness of our deepest resistance comes up most fully. As I encouraged her, it's something I wanted to share here that it isn't a sign you're doing something wrong. It isn't a sign that all those doubts are really true, but this is what happens when we step into light, when we step into more love, more expansion, more abundance.
It is sort of the calling to be willing to look that dragon in the eye and still choose our joy and freedom. It's calling us to allow all of that fear to be just as it is, but instead of reacting and trying to make it go away, to find your stillness and allow it to just be as it is. I've done this so many times within myself. It resolves every single time, no matter how big the fear is, no matter how scary the monster is, no matter how much it seems everything's about to fall apart. That stillness, when I find the willingness to be with what's coming up, it always resolves. This is a journey I'm on. It's a journey we're all awakening to, and so the invitation is to let all of it come up. To get different results.. do something different! Change ur vibration.. change what u e been focusing on... Look at the glass half full..be thankful for what u have and u will see ur life getting better... ❤️
