When people say to slow down and rest you really do have to. I had to start taking a break in the afternoon on the bed with a snack and a drink, either have a sleep, play on phone or catch up on tv. Being pregnant can be hard at times, your carrying two so take it easy, take time out xx Love your vlogs so much. It took 15-18 months for us to fall pregnant. I have a six month old daughter and a lot of things your going through during pregnancy I did too. Can’t wait to see the rest of your journey xx

A tip, next time u get a stain on something white, use Hydrogen Peroxide instead of Bleach! Bleach will break down the threads & the spots can be seen & look yellow. Peroxide will also get blood out. Have a good Holiday! I'm from AZ, USA & enjoy ur journey.

I only started watching you a few months ago and you are a lovely couple and the twins are lucky to have you as parents I remember that drink so much then travel for your scan I could make it I had to go to halfway their I so glad you and the boys are fine wow well done on getting your bloods taking you smashed it my 19 year old boy loves gym shark tops and bottoms as he as a problem with different feels and he finds gym shark the best but unfortunately I find them expensive so he can only get a few things at a time or wait for a sale to come on and he’s over 6 foot so he likes the trackers I really hope hope the house goes to plan I will keep everything crossed and I can’t wait to see how you decorate the boys nursery you will make great parents I can’t wait to see them 💜💜
Every time I see you guys I have to smile. I'm just so happy about the boys..you guys are already such a beautiful family. At 20 weeks..it's the best time to see all the anatomy of the babies..it's when there is the most amniotic fluid and they will be able to see everything clearly. ( mom of 7 lol ) They also look for a neck fold which could indicate downs syndrome. Whoever and whatever the boys are I know they will be perfect and your love for them with be unconditional.
I'm so glad to see your little ones doing really well, as well as the both of you! I've been following you guys from when you found out you were pregnant, as I was pregnant right along with you! Unfortunately, a few weeks ago I lost my little baby and it is not likely I will ever be able to have another one, so I'm still dealing with the pain of that. It took me a while to watch any of your pregnancy updates, as they were constantly recommended in my feed due to my viewing history, but I'm happy to be able to enjoy them once again and see all the progress your precious buds are making! Fingers crossed the house sale all goes through smoothly and that this new chapter to the rest of your lives is filled with love, laughter, happiness, and prosperity!

While you was walking that would have been low blood pressure and the heat mixed together. I used to get like that because my big baby would move and it would make my blood pressure drop. Next time you feel like that sit straight down, you never want you fall onto your bump. have a drink and snacks with you at all times too. Don't ever worry what people think about anything. Embrace everything life throws at you. Love you 2, cannot wait to see the boys x

Oh Bless you both, that must have worried you both when Ell had her bad turn on the walk. It would have been a combination of overheating and being out of breath when exercising, easy done in pregnancy - more so with twins. So pleased everything is fine with you and babies. Hey amazing video! I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant. I had two of those dizzy spells and on a growth scan the baby was bigger so I go tested for gd and do have it but I’m glad to know that’s not related as you was clear 😍🙌🏻. Also every scan letter will say you need to drink all that water because it’s automated. It’s not true. It’s just your first one 🥰 loved this video xx
This was 7 (early) or 12 week scan, I can’t remember. I drank about two litres of water an hour before the scan, I was about to wet myself waiting to go into the scan room, I couldn’t keep still. Then in the scan room they were pressing so hard it hurt, told me to go empty my bladder and had an internal scan instead 😳🥺 Then had to have our 20 week scan again as baby girl would NOT get off her arm for them to get measurements, tried the wiggle, squats, jumping, walking, sugary drink… she wouldn’t get off her arm haha all was fine and she came out heathy x

I have a couple of pairs of those imitation Birkenstock’s and they’ve lasted years. They’re so comfy too. I can’t wear ( or afford) the real ones as the arch support bit is too high and hard for my feet.

HOW AWESOME IS THAT? ALSO ON A SIDE NOTE, I AM MUCH OLDER THAN YOU GUYS, WHEN I WAS IN MY CHILDBEARING YEARS, THERE WAS NO SUCH THING AS A PREGNANCY TEST IN THE STORES YOU HAD TO GO TO A DOCTOR TO FIND OUT.

@@fabandell I'm the mom of 6 boys and 1 girl so if you have any questions I probably could suggest something that might help also my kids have all graduated college and no pregnancy out of marriage not that it's a bad thing or that they have to go to college but they enjoyed it except my oldest he's an over achieved Doctor with 2 degrees pediatrician and dermatologist. I have a couple of pairs of those imitation Birkenstock’s and they’ve lasted years. They’re so comfy too. I can’t wear ( or afford) the real ones as the arch support bit is too high and hard for my feet.

HOW AWESOME IS THAT? ALSO ON A SIDE NOTE, I AM MUCH OLDER THAN YOU GUYS, WHEN I WAS IN MY CHILDBEARING YEARS, THERE WAS NO SUCH THING AS A PREGNANCY TEST IN THE STORES YOU HAD TO GO TO A DOCTOR TO FIND OUT.

@@fabandell I'm the mom of 6 boys and 1 girl so if you have any questions I probably could suggest something that might help also my kids have all graduated college and no pregnancy out of marriage not that it's a bad thing or that they have to go to college but they enjoyed it except my oldest he's an over achieved Doctor with 2 degrees pediatrician and dermatologist. But I never did twins so I'm going to watch and learn from you two. Good luck it'll be fine. Right? Of course it will be. Have a fantastic day.

Your blood pressure dropped . Be careful it doesn't happen a lot and if that happens again take layers off and if able to lie down. Get your iron checked also xx
She has had her iron checked now that’s why she had to have a blood test after her scan xx
Best thing is take it a little easier put your feet up and drink tons of water and always eat something when light headed crampy or did too much
Overheating and than feeling faint and not seeing and all you said is your blood pressure dropping. Personal experience. Make sure to not overheat
