Last week when it was very cold out there, my husband and I went to a restaurant. We had ramen, beef skewers and some potatoes. I had to ordered one more of beef skewers because it was so good.
It is not too hard to make. All you need is beef and some sticks. Well I used sous vide just for grilling it for shorter time. It's not really necessary to do it.
For seasoning
Salt and pepper, cayenne chili powder, cumin powder
very simple
Sous vide
135F for 2 hours.
