    What a great job you are doing bringing this guys and interviewing them in such intimate, relax way, Flow Ask is my favourite show in TH-cam, no contest.
    I always loved the deep and spiritual approach that Sébastien have to the discipline, this interview was mind blowing and Tim is truly an amazing host can´t think of anyone better. It would be just a dream come true to see David Belle and Daniel Ilabaca as well, I just wish this interviews were longer.

    Sébastien is the epitome of the human condition. I know it's not about ego and he isn't doing it for that, but I'm just saying his view on life and the discipline is beyond what many can see. Respect.

    • @ohnofishfry
      @ohnofishfry 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      "nuit blanche" -- literally, "a night without sleep."

  • @onreact
    @onreact 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    In parkour you only compete against yourself. I wish I had filmed the very first day I started training. I was completely awful. I have improved ever since. I'd love to be able to compare my current state to my earlier self side by side. So a true parkour competition would be featuring only one person at a time, showing how s/he improved.

    However that melody in the back is irritating for me.
    Freerunning is life.

  • @RedRiverChannel
    @RedRiverChannel 10 ปีที่แล้ว

    I understand Parkour/Freerunning must be free and open for development....doctrines are no good because they cant adapt to new situations! but when the original sprit and principles of the art gets watered down, and maybe even dissapear COMPLETELY, then its like the art have losts its soul and being no more than physical sport.
    Its a shame because i think it can bring a lot to people and I have great respect for foucan, david and the rest who literally put their life on the line for it to exist

    Please listen a bit more, and sometimes it might be better to let your opinion aside to let the person you are interviewing speak.
