बाजार जैसी क्रिस्पी Veg Puff आलू पेटिस Aloo Patties और पनीर पेटिस कुकर में बनाये वो भी आसान तरीके से, मैंने इस वीडियो में सारे टिप्स बताए है जिससे आप बेकरी जैसा पफ पाटीएस घर पैर बना सकते है :)

Ingredients:
For dough-
All purpose flour - 1.5 cups
Salt -1/2 tsp
Cooking oil - 1.5 tbsp
Ghee/butter -1/2 cup
Aloo masala :
Boiled aloo- 2
Green chilli-1
Onion-1/4 cup
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
red chilli powder -1/3 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1/3 tsp
garam masala powder -1/3 tsp
Salt to tase
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder-1/2 tsp
Paneer stuffing-
Paneer (crumbled)- 1 cup (200 gms)
Green chilli-1
Onion-1/4 cup
Tomato- 1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
red chilli powder -1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1/3 tsp
garam masala powder -1/3 tsp
Salt to tase
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp

Petiz bhauht hi badiya bani hai or ish lock down me man dekh kar muh me pani aa gaya
I tried it on snack maker and it's outcome is really awesome. Bht ache crispy or stuffing v ache se hui and my family loved it. It takes 2 hours at least. Taste is too good. Thank you so much mam❤️❤️
