I grew up in Carlsbad and went to Legoland often as a little kid. Even went to its soft opening in 1999. This video gave me a lot of nostalgia and brought back many good memories.
I have been enjoying these Legoland countdowns a whole lot. Would love to see a top 25 or something of Legoland rides in generel! So with all parks included:))
I visited this place way back in 2001 when I was five years old. But don't ask me what my favorite ride there is because I vaguely remember much from when I was there. If I had to guess, I'd probably say the Dragon Coaster was my favorite.
I worked police and fire over the summer and I agree it is not as fun without the race back. Don't see it changing but still cool to see it on this list.
@@CanobieCoaster I personally don't think it makes sense as it is more confusing for guests, who usually just head back about halfway anyways before having to stop them and make them go back. Almost seems unsafe with more movement especially movement not everyone is prepared for but I assume they have some reason for having it operate this way.
I haven't been there, but it was interesting to see that Florida has many of those same/similar rides. I had a great time there, being able to get on almost everything with no lines, and the staff were the friendliest that I've encountered at any park. I was very surprised to realize that they had a ride like Soarin. I didn't know what it was when I got on. That is definitely my kind of ride, taking my top spot.
I am officially sold on Legoland CA. Before I even saw this vid, I pre-judged this place as for children and families first, but this place has something for everyone. Some of the rides looked awesome like the one with the Wolf in a Fary Tale, ahem, I mean TAIL. I wonder how the gift shop/Lego store is, I saw a really cool one of the Seinfeld Set with Lego-shaped George, Elaine, Newman, and Kramer that caught my eye.
Definitely a kids park, a very good Vekoma Junior Coaster and a very bad wild mouse. The park isn't about the rides though but more the other attractions and walk through.
I heard. My thought is that land will be used for a future coaster. I don't think they can connect that plot to the water park. I think future water slides will go on Corkscrew's plot.
Anyone know why Knights Tournament was removed back in 2019? Going to lego land with my family for the first time and was surprised it was gone, tried to search out why and it seems unclear. Some rumblings too many children were getting hurt, but I can't find any official statement that substantiates that. The only injury I list I could find on it was from 2007-2011, and while there were a lot of confirmed injuries, particularly a lot of dislocated shoulders and and diagnosed cases of whiplash, it seems odd they'd be okay with that for so many years just to shut it down in 2019 with out some sort of major event or machine failure.
Gosh, all the rides that made me want to go back are now gone 😢 first they removed the pedal driven scenic ride around the power tower and now knights tournament. Ill probably still be back anyways lol

Nice!
Was glad when this was built in the United States. Lots of cool details that you could lost in for hours. The whole park is about the spirit of play!
I'm glad we have a few Legolands now.

I'd be interested in making that after getting to Deutschland.
@@CanobieCoaster Uhh nice! Are you planning on going for their wing this year?:)

I get not remembering as a kid.
As a kid I went on Knights Tournament. What an amazing ride! Rode it at level 3. I’m sad it’s gone.
I always picked level 5.

I was surprised this one had the stop.

Legoland does love to clone rides and areas.
This was a pretty cool video.
Thanks!

It's a good place as long as you like theming.

And the theming
Legolands a great place for families who dont want to deal with crowds. Kids dont really get bored with it until they're 9 or 10
Makes sense.
I think it's a really neat park.
Yes
The Florida park has a Musik express type ride and that’s my favorite at that park. I haven’t been to this tho
This one doesn't have a himalaya.
I just found out Canobie Lake is removing the tall timber splash ride. Love to see a speculation video.

I saw the monorail SBNO in my first visit, but never got to ride it.
@@CanobieCoaster it was a very scenic ride
I like medieval theming
Me too.
I like medieval theming, because of a movie.
Nice!
remember kid's!
uh
Yes it's mostly for kids.
Oh My God My Worst Theme Park
I think it's good for what it is.
