Should've stopped at 'no excuse' and left it at that. Shame on the courts for giving him probation in the first place. Burglary w/ intent to commit assault.....makes me have severe contempt of court.
Yeah, I think she made a mistake. Her lawyer needs to jump on that immediately. She said, "I'm going to go along with their request." I think she got it mixed up in her head because she had just said, 6.
He acts like a little kid that got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. What a fool bet the police had to arrest him before he came to court. And he only got 6 years and should have gotten the 20 years just for not showing up..😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 maybe he'll find true love in prison got lots of time for a new boyfriend.
I still would have given him 6 years. I found the defense attorney's expression when Judge Boyd said she was following the state's recommendation. I'm thinking he wasn't expecting that.
this judge does not put up with nonsense and this defendant has no excuse but total nonsense......deserves what he gets for not following his term of ;probation.
How hard is it to call and report? Or zoom in for that matter. Lame, excuses and still not responsible. I doubt he turned himself in, or am I wrong? And 0 on probation.
I know that he cannot escape bond conditions, but if he really didn't cause trouble for those four years, I don't know if I agree with Boyd on this one. I'm not sure if it is legal or not, but I think I'd give him another change at bond with an agreement that a further failure would result in maximum penalties being automatically applied.
You probably don’t agree because you like a basic understanding of what is happening in this hearing. This hearing has absolutely not one thing to do with bond. This hearing is a revocation of probation hearing. Probation was set with a variety of stipulations of which he did nothing. He did not attempt to comply with probation conditions.
@@KylesRV Exactly. he was acting as though "woo hoo, I did nothing, and they're not going to revoke me". Did you see that filthy look the lawyer gave Judge Boyd for sending his man down. I'd bet any money his lawyer said, you did nothing wrong for those years, and they will let you off.
Shortly after this, Judge Boyd removed the recording for today (November 18) and didn't resume her live viewings... maybe we should stop copying the streams and uploading in real time because I think it's starting to get her in trouble... because this was streamed and reposted in real time I wouldn't be surprised if an attorney successfully filed a claim against her posting the live streams of the 187th
Can someone tell me why does she have too make him feel like hey worthless just give him is sentence and move on and all the time she’s already made up her mind
I think court admonishments are just cultural to the justice system. Judges admonishing all kinds of shit as a core job task for centuries; frankly, it's probably why people become a judge in the first place.
He's there because of his actions, the judge didn't make him commit any crimes. Everything happening in that court is a direct result of choices he's made, don't blame the judge for that.
He didn't report for 4 years because he had the flu in 2020. 😂😂😂😂
Look like Oprah. Thank God she doesn't sound like her
This esteemed judge is brilliant.
Blame covid absolute rubbish
and pretend to be humble and demure-hilarious.
I can't believe people are still trying that...

Just be honest, it never hurts you to be honest.
Wait, I thought she said 4 years but then gave him 6

I love her different purses ... So cute! I bet she be dressed under that robe. #JudgeBoyd ... that's Auntie 😂😂😂😂
This guy stopped listening 4 minutes ago
Lame...if I close my eyes maybe it will go away....🙈🙈 Oh noooo its still there 👀👀
Because he didn't bother to. Thought he could get away with it

Oops! I left out the word humorous after recommendation.
OOOOOOOFFF! It's refreshing to see a TAKE NO $HIT judge! If criminals knew they'd have to face HER judgment, crime would be down 75%!
PERFECT!
this judge does not put up with nonsense and this defendant has no excuse but total nonsense......deserves what he gets for not following his term of ;probation.
This guy needs to shut up he’s making it worse for himself!
I believe that's called self snitching. and yes you are only 50 cards short of a full deck.
What an idiot 😂
You're good, your honor.
Wow 😮 Unbelievable that he did that
Was Judge Boyd The Judge 4 yrs ago
She became the judge there in 2019, so it's possible.
@XanaxDust214 Thank you Dear
She cold with it.
I swear when this judge talks to people, she sounds like a robot an absolute robot programmed by the system. She should hear her self
This is how court works tf you talking about?
@ dumb statement
@ just system is a corrupt death trap idiot
@ so what the f you talking about?
Can someone answer when she has time to read the cases? Beforehand or on the bench?
How hard is it to call and report? Or zoom in for that matter. Lame, excuses and still not responsible. I doubt he turned himself in, or am I wrong? And 0 on probation.
Another pathetic PD... she said 6 and he didn't correct. The DA had to redirect.

I've seen her give people who left treatment centres and gave positive UA's a second chance on probation

He needs to go straight to Prison. What a chump! Unthankful for his second chance.
what was his original charge?
Burglary and assualt
Can someone tell me why does she have too make him feel like hey worthless just give him is sentence and move on and all the time she’s already made up her mind
That's what judges do. Good to call him out so he has a clear understanding what took place and how he could have handled it better.
I think court admonishments are just cultural to the justice system. Judges admonishing all kinds of shit as a core job task for centuries; frankly, it's probably why people become a judge in the first place.
That is your opinion, and it is wrong. He DID make his victims feel worthless though. ❤🙄 He is obviously a worthless, violent dirtbag though.
@@persguruI know that 💯 percent but why his going to jail for it that’s enough I guess Back it till it happens to you
