If it was this time I believe it will not get to this level because Kerosine lamp is not that dangerous like that to harm someone to this extent. We all grew up with Kerosine lamps in the townships whenever there is (NEPA) power outage. Thank God and the universe that allowed you to be alive and in good shape till today. I thought it was an acid attack. Fire burns usually disfigure young children if proper and appropriate care is not really taking, it is a harmful and horrible incident for young children. Again, you stated it very clear that you have a genetic stubborn skin that any time you have a wound on your body, after the wound heals it will always leave a hardened scar lump on the wound site forever. Many people have such genetic hardened skin including myself.
