Yubel Player was right, if he super polys the Force strix, loses one target, so you get short by 4, so only rank 9 can be summon, so it doesnt resolve.
@@RobinsAssistant "Target 2 or more "Raidraptor" Xyz Monsters you control and/or in your GY", "Special Summon 1 "Raidraptor" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck with a Rank equal to THEIR combined Ranks", when it says THEIR its talking about the monsters you targeted, if the card loses a target THEIR combined ranks is only 9 or 8 so you cant make the rank 13
To add to the previous post, because the card states "including a monster on the field" and "if at least 2 remain face-up at resolution", the targeted card must be on field face up to have its rank counted tours the total at resolution. Its similar to dodging imperm or veiler, if the target is no longer in the location where it was targeted then they would resolve without affect. In this case, rank up would resolve with the combine ranks of those targeted in the grave.
@enriquesabatel1411 then why does flipping Razen down after Cesar or Borger target razen cause it to STILL return to the hand even though face down at rez
@@RobinsAssistant the target still remains in the same "place" it just becomes face down so it keeps being treated as "it" if the card said "that target" it wouldn't work
You have a good amount of patience with how these people talk to you. GG and grtz on winning King .

so many issues with the yubel player. Didn't activate mandatory yubel eff during his turn EP and then incorrectly used it during opp turn
36:05 cant use bloom as material for S:p cause of Wise Strix
36:50 ultimate only burns if it had material 🙄🙄🙄
why do people not know that the like 2 set a rank up eff is mandatory?
Yo been loving the vids as I just picked up voiceless. Would you be open to doing a test hand/combo vid?
Yes I got you for sure!

If the opponent super polies the targeted monster for the rank up you can only summon a rank 9 from the extra deck not the rank 13
But 2 of the targets are still face up so why can't it resolve

where I can buy the ichigo's playmat?
The Judge was wrong.
You cheated him with that raidraptor rank up spell, his fault for not being able to comprehend targeting tho.
Na, he asked for a judge because he wasn't sure. Not his fault the judge got the call wrong.
