I am in 4 year , and have started preparing for government examination.Solved 500+ dsa questions, won 10+ Hackathons, build 100+ projects, and had applied 400+ companies from jan 2023 didn't even get single offer , even my mail was filled with rejection.

Seems like starting something of your own is much easier than getting any job these days.
we indians are not thinking that we should try to increase no. of jobs why are they not increasing. demand of products are still there and it's been increasing. what these influencers try to say that is if there are less jobs go for it work hard hard hard but still can they assure you. still we depend on foreign companies. India has a strength in IT industry we have a lot of talent here . we can create our own google, Microsoft.Let's try to do that. goverment also plays a crucial role here. we should try to increase our industry and not make IT industry for job seekers a new UPSC
The reality is that no one can create another Microsoft, Apple, FB or Google. Not even in the US. Opportunities do appear. If Indians can see and grab those then definitely new successful companies can come up. It's pointless to dream about Google etc., we should try to create more of the likes of Paytm, Ola etc.
What about population ??it should also be maintained.
We should create tools rather than companies and make those tools open source so the tool improves with time and maybe in future collect all those tools in a basket for giving a company name just like Zoho

I am 2024 student and I know I capable what MNC demand but still I am unable to crack them and now I am unemployed , and those who know nothing about coding are doing job in company like Accenture , TCS , Wipro , Cognizant , Capgemini ... Now i am totally demotivated , frustrated, and slowly losing my interest in coding ( I am a full stack java developer, Springboot developer , web developer , Hibernate developer , solve more then 500+ dsa good questions , 4+ major projects in several technologies ) .... But and i still lose all my hopes ... If I have these skills in 2021 I am able to crack 15 lpa + package

Sir Market is so bad then why people not promoting starting a startup at least some will have experience and one may excel in that , why to always be in line why not start ourself?
Given the current economy , bootstrapping is also very difficult. In the end ,most founders would accumulate multiple forms of debt eventually resulting in being worse off than where they started.

@@LEVI-hv8dw actually I don't know much about Infosys. I was in a startup that was acquired by Infosys last year. People who are leaving are in the 3-5 years of exp. They are getting 12-15 LPA as offer.
The software job market can be challenging, especially during economic downturns or periods of high competition.This can't never be changed again like 2020-2021.NO jobs will be in future. Company will not hire for next 2-4years as fresher.The company only hire for prompt engineers

Students ne khud hi cs market kharab ki h, bs craze and paiso k chlte cs lelo interest ho naa. 12 lakhs JEE students and everyone wants CSE! WTF. Plus, private colleges are introducing irrelevant branches, intaking more and more students due to which many companies stop visiting such colleges or freeze them for few years. Plus, maximum indian companies offer very less competitive package due to which everyone wants to join foreign based high level companies and unme jaana is already difficult.

i used to ask the same question again and again. wasted a lot of time.
If you are looking for SDE role just do DSA, hard level for FAANG, and medium for others.
For other fields like AI/ML, data science etc. they don't ask DSA because they are their own fields which is huge.

mai aisa hi kehta tha. and aaj bhi nahi hai interest and kabhi nahi hoga. Because DSA interest wala cheez hi nahi hai.
But in reality agar coding karte ho toh DSA toh karna hi parega to some level from interview perspective.
Agar easy questions bhi nahi ho raha toh ache dev bhi kabhi nahi banoge.
Hard questions, CP these things are not for everyone. But once started easy level toh ho jata hai and some mediums.
It's all about consistency, agar consistent nahi ho toh development mai bhi acha nahi hoga.
