I prefer videos like these where it's more natural. The ones not initially intended for ASMR are for me the ones that are most effective. It's the "everyday" sounds that get me and overusing objects, to try to amplify ASMR etc (like writing and spraying very slowly) kind of defeats the purpose (at least in my case). But thankfully there are videos like yours to be found with the more natural activities and sounds :-)
Precisely. Videos with too much talking (especially whispering) are not good for me. They try too hard and are not effective. I much prefer to simply watch people working without them overdoing anything and without them speaking. I like it to be as though they are not purposely putting on a performance...just going about their chores.
This is, by far, the best asmr video I have seen, and I have seen alot of them. I guess most people don't realize that you sprayed alot and cleaned alot to make the video longer and more relaxing. I don't know why people take the time to watch it and then make hurtful remarks about it. Don't worry about it......it's a great relaxing video!

Ummm, I actually use 2 cloths. One to use with the cleaner and then another one to rinse off the cleaner! It's for asmr purposes anyway. Most people who make these videos don't do things exactly as they would normally, because they are doing these videos for the sounds.

I literally have stopped and stood in an aisle at the drug store listening to the stocker person aligning all the products on the shelves for the next day and have gone into a daze. I still find it strange that I developed this but I love the relaxed feeling.

leoasmr I think it all boils down to when we were young children. Remember sitting on the floor playing with your toys whilst mum was cleaning around you? I think it's because it gives you a safe, warm cosy feeling and remembrance of a happy childhood.

You should offer to manage all the cleaning for another day as a trade-off for letting you relax while she cleans, that way it's a win-win for both because she'll get a day off to relax too.

I was at work late the other day and the cleaners were buzzing around me hoovering up and cleaning desks. Real pain, totally distracting, and yet I didn't want them to stop because it was tingletastic. Realised I love cleaning sounds (and I have a slight love of bleach/cleaning product smell) and so very excited to see this video, and it didn't dissapoint. Also glad you stayed silent and didn't choose to do this as a ramble video as I think being ignored helped in this instance.
Someone needs to start an ASMR cleaning service, with employees who don't try to make conservation while cleaning. So you can just relax to the sounds.

No, I don't- I'll look into that...but I like massaging noises and looking at hands that do something with a lot of care and concentration. I'm an artist and wonder if I should make a video, creating, painting... made a cleaning video once, but the noises didn't come out that good

Those sounds are very relaxing. :-) I started to make some asmr videos, but it's hard finding a quiet time when nobody is around. My house is always full.... that's why my asmr office is in my car. Lol
ASMR isn't sexual, but I can understand why it could replace masturbation as both relieve tension. I think it's better than masturbation as when men masturbate we lose a load of hormones which is why it was bad for warriors to have sex before battle, and many athletes have a no sex rule immediately before competitions.
