An interesting video but at present I cannot see a way to enable "Allow access to any webpage of PDF" via an Edge policy. We use Edge GPO's to control access to what users are able to do in the Microsoft Edge Hub Sidebar. Also I could only find the CoPilot App and not Bing Chat, which version of Edge are you using?
Thanks for flagging this, as it seems Microsoft has changed the product already! 😉 So, yes, the Bing Sidebar is now named 'Copilot' and the option to enable access to the page content, has been renamed to 'Allow Microsoft to access page content'. You will also see this prompt if you asked Bing Enterprise Chat (or now Copilot?) to summarise a PDF within Edge, which you need to accept, to allow it to review the page data (i.e. the PDF). Hope that helps?
This is a difficult question, as many content creators do use the images and content for commercial use, however the MS Terms suggest not according to this post: answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/can-i-use-microsoft-designer-in-videos-that/803e2acb-b00a-4c6a-8d3e-4575241ca0c5 Hope that helps 😃
Thanks for your feedback and annoyingly Microsoft changed the name and the settings after this video was published. You would now be looking for the 'Copilot' option in the Sidebar Settings and to have access to PDFs, there is an option to allow Copilot to access data in Webpages within the Copilot Side Bar Settings 😀
Yes, it's odd as it's not available for me at the moment still - and I even asked the Bing Chat Sidebar, and it said it was there under a bulb icon and yet there was no bulb icon, so maybe it's a short term blip 😀
Is anyone using M365 Copilot? If so, are you seeing the benefits from it? From people I’ve talked to that are using it said it isnt as powerful as the marketing implies.
I do think that some larger enterprises are using it, that make the minimum commitment of 300 User Licenses (effectively a £100K+ Spend for the first year), but sadly I don't have any knowledge of those either. Therefore I think it's one to keep an eye on really, and I do hope it meets the marketing promises too, but equally so many technical products just don't seem to meet the promises of the marketing, with Apple (and saying that as a huge Apple fan) being another offender with that too.

Using GPI is explained here th-cam.com/video/CFE6eMdaMRA/w-d-xo.html
Excellent video, I knew it was there but the way you show how to use it in 365 was brilliant! Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it! 😀
Thanks for the video. I have a question, can we use the image generated by the bing copilot for commercial use?

Great video, but I am struggling to find the sidebar in order to enable it. Looks totally different, when I open the settings.

Has the Insights tab been removed from Bing Chat Enterprise? I noticed your BCE sidebar only had Chat and Compose.
