Why this Cosmoem Perish Trap team is *UNFAIR*

Firstly, yes - this is a Cosmoem video.
Not Solgaleo, not Lunala, but their pre-evolution Cosmoem.
But I promise you that there is a reason for this - and this works.
The most notable thing about Cosmoem is not it's pitiful movepool, but this goliath of a Pokemon has an amazing defensive and special defensive stat spread.
In Regulation G 2024 - there has always been a lack of perish trap teams due to the fast paced and heavy hitting nature of meta Legendaries like Calyrex and Miraidon.
WIth perish trap team mates like Primarina and Gothitelle, there are new ways to make things work thanks to the addition of the Indigo Disk DLC.

Perish trap is why my Pokemon Unbound Nuzlocke first run became a god-tier hilarity. I pulled a Pachirisu w/ PSong AND a Ferrothorn w/ Shadow Tag before even getting to the first gym. Top it off with the Unseen Fist Exploud and my enemies called me Daddy.

3:25 If you’re using liquid voice perish song, then storm drain mons like gastrodon are also immune.

@@ramen_juice It’s actually quite a cool interaction; perish song is sound based, and so liquid voice makes it a water type move, so Pokémon with storm drain aren’t affected and I think they also get a special attack boost. I also think it activates steam engine and water absorb, although I’m not as certain on that. I tried to make a team with it once, but I’m not that good at team building.

OP like imagine not being able to do anything and just waiting to lose but even if there are some counters it's still good to use because you can use some other attack moves if you get countered😮

I made a set that involved Cosmoem the other day
Magic Bounce Hatterene is its first partner, and she has Trick Room, Heal Pulse, Psyche Up, and Dazzling Gleam.
When Hatterene faints, Costar Flamigo comes out.
Haven't figured out what other Pokémon to use yet
