- Yup, this is everything you need to know about rain in Terraria. Honestly, while researching for this video I was very surprised by how much less the rain event offers than what I initially thought. Either way, it’s a great event. Hope you guys all enjoyed the video and maybe even learned something new. I had a lot of fun making this video and I got more on the way. Any comments are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If you want to know about the cool Whip, it’s a good first hardmode whip if you got unlucky in the wall of flesh.
Generally with whips you want to use it in combination with your minions as the whip is a good way for you to damage enemies without relying on your minions. I do think they where a good thing to add to the game as you would otherwise have no way to control your minions. Also they are a good way to do damage if your looking for something that does a decent amount of damage.
Oh yeah whips are great. I just thought it'd be funny to make such a harsh comment about the cool whip because in reality nobody really uses it lol.

Unless you're a fan of, or play Don't Starve Together, then the Deerclops drops probably won't mean much, besides how useful Chester is.
Yeah I never even bother with him in normal runs, I'm sure he's awesome though if you're a fan of those games
His bone helm is essential for melee runs it’s literally free damage and way better than a bone glove and any other accessory (it falls of pre mech)

the cool whip is actually one of my favourite weapons, it's kind of good against the old ones army and can easily release probes from the destroyer, it's definitely the worst hardmode whip but it has a special place in my heart.
Thats great, I was mostly kidding when I was calling it trash but it is genuinely a pretty unique whip.

May I also add that Enchanted Nightcrawlers appear during a Night Rain event, which are just glowing worms, have higher bait power, and are craftable anyway with a worm and a fallen star.
Love the rain for the Goldfish to turn into soup and the worms for fishing.
Yeah goldfish soup is always something I go for too lol. Very easy way to get a well fed buff.
A good way to get rain quicker is by killing ladybugs…

It gives so much mobility during rain
Believe it or not there actually is. Every lady bug you kill greatly increases the chance for Rain to occur in the next 30 seconds. I've never actually tried doing this but this is just what I've seen on the wiki. A little impractical, but as far as my knowledge goes this is the only way to increase the chance of rain, outside of simply sleeping in a bed to speed up time, or using an enchanted sundial to skip forward a day. I had deerclops spawn in a blizzard. Did i miss it or
I briefly mentioned that at the very end of the video, but I didn't run through any of the drops because he's not blizzard exclusive (he can be summoned using a deer thing).

I just got surprised when was trying to build my bridge over the frozen lake in the blizzard to notice the deerclops spawn without deer thing. I wasn't even ready to fight deerclops but he just appeared in the blizzard and I thought if he can spawn in night blizzard too.
