We hunt and grow our own. Even make my own cheese- Not everyone has that option but it certainly keeps the grocery bill down. Not great to raise growing kids on rice and beans. Our bodies need more

I love living debt free for the piece of mind, great sleep, good health..most importantly, having savings for emergencies, retirement, just not broke, scared, anxious, can manage when things increased as we're dealing with now!... annoyed but prepared!...I downsized,, live nice, peaceful, healthy, spiritual, simple, debt free...can't pay cash.. don't need it...I really know a need verses a want.... To move toward that thing closer and closer step-by-step because they’re excited about a vision of the future! Thank you Dave Ramsey show please keep this kind of thing up we need it.

I got into debt to pay for car repairs, and then, some personal things, then it was paid, then I got into debt for more car repairs, ugh, and then I took out my student loan and the car repair debt was taken care of and with the job I have now due to school, I won't need to borrow for my car, but I still owe for school. After that, I guess I won't go to school again until I can pay for it, and I'll have to save for a car, and other than that I don't really see me going into debt.

But he was so deep in debt that his lenders used the power of government to take away his passport until he paid it back. It was humiliating to him and to my mother.
