    Tradepoint has a five-acre facility, with direct access to the water, where all of the debris is brought. FOX45 was able to see the wreckage up close, going on a tour of TradePoint Atlantic.

    The image @ 1:15 gives great scale to the size in comparison to the cars in the parking lot in the foreground.

    Why did the ship come closer to the bridge and lose power to turn towards the beam post. Does it have to go sideways once the ship loses power and 🤔🤫🫣👈👉

    Most long bridges like this one has breakaway points in the bridge so it seperates during earthquakes. This one didn't WHY? They need to bring in an out of state Purchase and Accounting firm if they insist on rebuilding this . SOMETHING IS VERY PECULIAR AND THEY'RE TRYING TO COVER UP!

    Whoever was operating the Dali realized she lost main power, backup power and emergency power decided to drop the anchor causing the ship to veer starboard.( of course in hindsight as a Monday morning quarterback by not dropping the anchor and try to steer towards middle of span we wouldn't be having this conversation. )
    Still awaiting honest answers to reasonable questions like who greenlighted the Dali as seaworthy? Someone thought it was good to go on a 27 day voyage to Sri Lanka halfway around the globe? Don't know why escort tugboats were ordered but disembarked before reaching open sea. Coincidentally the Dali lost all main power, backup power and emergency power moments after the tugs pulled away. It's been 24 days tomorrow still no factual answers to all relevant issues/questions.

      @@greghammett5739 this incident was 100% preventable. New federal laws and mandatory safety regulations and protocol were passed after the Sunshine Skyway Bridge accident over 40 years ago. I'd like to know who greenlighted the Dali as seaworthy when she was experiencing electrical problems at dock? Why were the escort tugboats which were summoned to aid the Dali disembark before reaching open sea? Coincidentally the Dali lost all power moments after the tugs left her sides. Main power was lost. Backup power failed. Emergency power failed. Whoever was in control of the Dali decided to drop the anchor causing her to veer starboard. Mayday was alerted. Bridgd(mostly) cleared. Collision. Bridge collapses. No conclusive answers day 24

      Glad I'm not the only person with enough sence to know the information being given has holes all in it. They shouldn't be running a state let alone a country? Blank check to rebuild when our country is $34 trillion in debt?

    • @greghammett5739
      @greghammett5739 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You have to know considering all the bridge inspections, the Govenor (Wes Moore) was well aware of the bridges vulnerability. The Port Authorities knew the dangers of very large vessels going under this bridge. This is a money grab by the Govenor and Port Authorities. Blank check for rebuilding.

      You can't transport hazardous materials through a tunnel. They already have tunnels in the area. The bridge will have to be replaced.
