Good note to add is that while at lower speeds lifting your butt and moving doesn’t feel bad, at higher speeds it can really upset the chassis. This can become a bad habbit, new riders you want to use your inside leg(of turn) push into the tank to slide over then open up knee.
I was always taught loose upper body and hug the bike with your lower body. And going into turns the front of your helmet should be toward the mirror in the direction your going

Nice explanation and all, but you cut the lane too much for my taste. Your body is too often in the opposite lane while turning left.
