I love it when Riot "fixes" a character, and all of a sudden their win rate spikes because what makes them balanced is things not working smoothly. Like Miss Fortune Q, or, renekton auto attack resets and abilities. It's amazing what like .25 seconds of animation time can do when removed.
I love how they fixed his one issue and that this one issue was a 0.5 second difference that was game changing lol, imagine this back when kleptomancy kennen was a thing

Meanwhile the challenger players who don't really know it will take a while figuring out how to deal with it (again). During this phase the win rate will spike up but that's not really indicative of it's actual power level although I guess it makes good clickbait.
