This took a couple of times for me to be in the right frame of mind. What a doozy this week was 🥲 I had to ground with some dance, yoga, painting, tea, and a detox bath before I could relax enough. But another great one, thank you.

Great work Amber. I think you're doing excellent, not only in your will to connect with the unconscious (which can be difficult enough), but also in managing yourself skilfully to help influence a fruitful interaction. Yoga, dance and painting can be forms of inner work in themselves, as well as effective ways to prepare for more 'yin' forms of inner work like meditation and active imagination.

Wonderful to hear. Active imagination is an incredibly powerful technique and greatly under-utilised. There is a whole world of understanding that can come from opening up a connection with the unconscious mind. Glad to hear it is resonating with you, and that you've found your path. And it is certainly *your* path ;)

I don't remember seeing anything at the "beginning path" (I don't remember seeing landscape or anything at all). When the figure transpires, it's a dinosaur. He walks on two legs. I don't remember it's main color but I do remember it had yellow splotches all over him. He's not like a normal size dino...he's kind of troll size...short and squat. Except, it may not be as he is wearing a pink tutu (I'm sorry, I don't know why my brain made him wear a pink tutu). This is the first time I remember having something besides a black blob so this was different for me. Right away, I have a very good relationship with this creature. There's an unspoken understanding of ...IDK..something. Like, I'm smiling at him/her and thinking "what are you up to?" I can feel my smile reach my eyes. So then we start walking that path and the dino takes me to this area under a bridge. There's no water, it's just rich green, lush grass, and a tree next to the bridge. Next to it and under it.
Then the dino stops walking and turns back to look at me again. I remember thinking..."oh, a bridge...whelp, we all know what that means." Again, as the dino looks at me, I'm smiling again. I was so taken by a sense of adventure with the dino that I kind of blanked out being able to think of questions. However, I did have a moment of a thought..or an observation about Dino that presented as a thought in my head about Dino. I can't articulate it word for word but it was about the space he was occupying. That he was owning it and standing strong in it. He did move slow (maybe not slow but just slower than I would normally care for) at the same time it came across to me as the equivalent of occupying space in an immovable but very measured way. Again, he's looking at me like we both know a secret except I really don't. Which is funny because people tell me all the time they think I know a secret (and I don't, lol).
I think the questions were answered in the head thoughts about Dino. If I had to translate this, I would say the bridge represents overcoming an obstacle. Or...something old being made new. Something about time because I think a tree represents life. I also think the yellow splotches on Dino and the pink tutu are just a reminder of how important it is to do everything with a little bit of humor.
    Thanks!

Hello, sorry to hear you found some of it difficult to follow. Were there any parts in particular?
