South africa shouldn’t even have been part of the top 5 after her evening gown performance (heck, canada was better than her) - they just really wanted her to be the first runner up just to add some “back to back tension/excitement”.
Based on performance from top 10 till top 5, the top 3 should really be philippines, vietnam and venezuela.
