Quick tip on fast removal of zip ties - rather than trying to cut them and potentially scratching or cutting into the material they are hugging - take a set of pliers, grip the raised square BOX that is the Zip Tie lock and give it a firm twist right or left ... the Zip Tie will pop and you're done without any damage to anything.

That's pretty cool, even 'tho I dig the stock "horn" shaped Virago handlebar a lot... that's one of the few things I didn't modify on my 535 back in the days.
+Ghost Rider Production we did like the standard bars but had to change them in the spirit if full custom!!

It sounds pretty good for a 250. Bars are much better than the old ones.

I'm enjoying your customization I'm following from the beginning your work that is doing in the Virago 250, you could increase the tank will help to keep expecting from bobber, I did this in my Kansas 250 was very good.

+FatBoy740 🤣🤣🤣 lol it can be tough i find starting with a registered bike and doing baby steps so it stays on the road. Unregisteted bikes i havent had a lot of luck with for that reason. Do it. I enjoy customising them almost as much as riding them!

Hey mate have a 250 with aftermarket bars and can’t get the stock mirrors adjusted properly , any tips on raising the height of them ?

are the stock bars drilled at all cuz all the bars i can find are not pre drilled will it matter?
