Fred is a true animal keeper, he is so extremely humble and not afraid to let, potentially, the whole world know when he isn’t knowledgeable in an animal. I think the deaf dog was unknowingly a perfect match for Fred, they both beat to their own drum! He reminds me of a good friend of mines dad. He's the type of person you could show up unexpected and he will stop whatever he's doing and make you feel like he's been waiting for you. That can be a double edge sword at times, you can also find yourself chopping wood, sealing the pool, cleaning the gutters, etc.. It's just messed up when your buddy slipped out earlier and his friends now are the ones stuck helping. This was before cell phones, when kids actually played outside, and hanging out with friends wasn't virtually through a gaming system! .
Kenan I have just graduated from high school and I have had reptiles for years. I’ve had leopard geckos to chameleons. And now you’ve inspired me to get my first iguana. I have done my research so I do know what to expect but moral is thank you for doing your videos cause you have inspired me to branch out a little more and get my new male iguana Apollo.
Fred is awesome! We have seen him before but I don't think we have had a tour of his whole collection/property. Please do another tour of his facility again soon! Good for him for taking in rescues.

Epic Fred, doing so much, taking good care of so many animals. I loved Bindy, a friend of mine had a deaf dog also and they are great and quirky. I had a Podocnemis Unifilis also so it was good to know he also has one (I left mine in the wild since im from South America) and miss it alot.
We need more albino Burms like we need more sulcattas. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Interesting fact from an Aussie: The Blue Heeler is what we call a cattle dog, they are mostly bred to herd cattle, and they are the most loyalist dogs anyone can have and they are very protective towards their owners. They can easily be train to do a multitude of things, and it being def doesn't mean it doesn't know what you are saying, they can read hand signals better then any other dog. So your mate has 1 of the best dogs, and another brilliant dog is a Red Heeler (its the same just red).

yes he does! the alligator snapping turtle, all the turtles, a good bit of the snakes (the corn snake is my favorite to hold i’m actually thinking about buying it from him) obviously not the gators or crocodiles. but they are awesome to watch
