- BrianZuk records a group of Ferrari 599XX Evo cars at Infineon Raceway. The video includes footage of the engine bay, a start up, the 599XX Evos driving onto and lined up on the track, then taking off and racing, doing multiple accelerations, downshifts, and flybys. The exhaust note is incredible, so be sure to have your volume up :) Watch the front rotors as well under braking, cool to see them glowing bright orange from the intense heat! There is also a standard 599XX, but I focused on the Evos... Enjoy!

Only question I have about this amazing piece of machinery is, why did they remove the tail lights and replace them with exhaust pipes? I'm sure it has something to do with weight but you can hardly see the little square brake lights towards the rear diffuser.

cant comment on efficiency as i haven't driven with either type. but i would know by design most screw-ons allow for adjustable settings as with these fixed wings.....well the're fixed. which i guess you can call efficient.
no..i think the backlights are just replaced with carbon fiber. the exhaustpipes are off on the side of the car next to front wheels

All the prep work and warming up they do reminds me of guys working on a fighter jet before take off.
What a filthy sounding car. There aren't many things in the world that sound better than a Ferrari V-12.
This car sounds differently than your typical Ferrari V-12.
You'll still get that high pitched wail at higher RPM, but when in a lower gear, idling or down-shifting, this thing just sounds gritty. Almost guttural

I wonder what the FXX Evos would be like if they further did development on them (tires, much more downforce with a rear wing, DRS, and more engine tuning). They'd be ridiculously fast.

Nope, this one isn't! The 599 GTo and GTB are, but this one, the 599XX is for track only! So is the Ferrari FXX, the track version of the Enzo!

no the 599fxx model is only for a race and tracks! but there is 599Gto it is the same care and gto have 90 or 95% parts from fxx model! and GTO is a litle slower then this but fast realy fast car!
