A song that heals your soul
I miss Kool and The Gang! I went to many of their parties back in the early 80's, and these guys were a true class act! They were professionals, but yet humble and respectful to the general public. Even when they were exhausted after singing and performing, they always seem to find time for the fan base. To this day, people will dance, sing, and rejoice when they hear any Kool and The Gang songs. Thank you gentlemen for your contribution to the annals of Rock History! God bless!

This song will turn 40 later this year and I'm still upset and baffled why some DJs ignored it and it stalled at #30. (some said it was too much in the vein of "Celebration") This is a very happy go lucky song to have a good time with (and now remember those great times in the early 1980s) I'm blessed to have lived in those days.

Robert Kool Bell is alive and well. He's one of 3 originals still performing. Ronald Bell who later became Khalis Bayan is Robert Kool's brother who is deceased.
I ain’t gonna pay to go to a concert now a days but if these guys would preform again I would definitely pay. I’m 19 and I hate that I didn’t grow up with these type of music.
