Just started trying out the UV resin and my problem is coming up with good ideas. love your work. I've decided for now is to keep it simple till I get better. But love your videos.
I've been taking a break but I am working on getting back on with more videos. A good video might be a quick one with all my different types. Not just a how-to for ideas. Thanks!
Great tutorial! I’m brand new and wanting to try my hand at decorating toppers. I have a few questions: 1: What is your stand and how does it hold the topper? 2: Does the size of knitting needle matter? 3: I’ve heard a few seconds at a time to reduce shrinkage up to 99 seconds at a time so I’m confused as to time length for the UV light, can you help clarify?
1. The stand is for making press-on nails. I hold the topper on with a sticky tac. 2. No. I have used paintbrushes in a pinch as well. Also, I have an art friend and she helped me use a heat gun to help bend the toppers and it works great. I'm going to do a video about it. 3. I do about a minute between coats but at the end I run the topper under for like 5 minutes. It gets too tacky if it's not run lots of times in my experience. I have not had issues with shrinkage from this.
Hi Suzie! My friend is an art teacher and she bought a 3d printer. I bought some designs on Etsy and she prints them for me. I know some people buy blanks but I don't know from who- sorry.
Thank you for this tutorial i really like the technique and your stand. Tammie from the USA. 😊
Looking forward to more content from you! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

Where do you find your topper blanks?
