Succulent Haworthia limifolia Plant Grow and Caring Tips

- Haworthia limifolia or Haworthiopsis limifolia is a species of flowering plant and native to southern Africa (Swaziland, Mpumalanga, southern Mozambique and KwaZulu-Natal). Haworthia is a Evergreen perennial succulent plant and Scientific name is "Haworthia limifolia Marloth".
It is a very slow growing plant requires well drained soil which should be allowed to dry before re-watering. Using a shallow pot with drainage holes will allow the soil to dry out faster and prevent root rot. Over watering is a common cause of plant die. It needs bright light (semi shaded place).
Haworthia plant mainly propagate through seedling and pups cutting, It is a very easy to grow succulent plant don't need any special care for this plant
Caring tips of Haworthia plant :
1) For keeping your Haworthia healthy is giving a bright light that is need, don't keep this plant fully dark place.
2) Plant your Haworthia well drained potting mix.
3) Watering : Haworthia is a succulent plant, don't very much water give it water once in a week

My zebra plant in turning yellowish and crispy along with the soil getting greenish as if it is over watered or got algae. should i re-pot it in a bit dry soil as the glass container does not have a drainage hole ?
I think the main reason is over watering. You can re-pot it, use well drained potting mix (like cactus mix) and take container with drainage holes.
My plant is getting lighter at the middle where new leaves are also getting white...I am currently placing it indoor should I move it near a window? Please reply 😊

My haworthia is turning brownish. And not growing bigger. Its in my garden in semi shade area where it can have proper sunlight and i water once a week. What am I doing wrong?
Haworthia limifolia is a very slow growing plant. It required bright indirect sunlight and don't required to much water, when top of the soil feels slightly dry than water it. The brownish leaf main reason is direct sunlight.

All types of succulents are not propagate the same way because all succulent plant haven't pups. Some succulent are propagate through seed and leaf or stem cutting.

Sir, My haworthia are turning white and transparent from bottom, what could be the reason.
I think it's main reason is overwatering or kept in poor soil without a drainage hole. The other reasons could be sunburn or rotting of the plant.

I think it's a Mealybug attack. You can use Neem oil, it will kill all stages of mealybugs on contact.

Ratio of the potting mix is 40% garden soil, 20% cocopeat, 20% vermicompost and 20% fine sand. Otherwise you can use cactus mix.

I have potted in well drainage media, water it once a week and kept in semished for last 7/8 months but still it's not growing well. What to do please?
Don't worry haworthia limifolia is a very slow going plant. You can give some vermicompost.
