This victory and sweep felt even more bitter sweet even when the opponent has home court advantage, rude, disrespectful, and bad officiating and fans screaming in your ears, kicking barriers, etc., spinning dizzy wheels, and whatever else they tried to use against us. We still remained cool, calm and collective and didn’t let any of that phase us and we played fantastic volleyball. Go bows!! 🌈

They should have had a lot more ACES but did you notice a lot of close calls were called out, I could have sworn a lot of those serves were hitting the end line, Charley Wade should have challenged a lot of those calls, I was just wondering what would happen if he won those calls, would he be able to keep those challenges.

A lot of games before UH are won by BYU because the other team has ran out of challenge calls because sometimes challenges still go to BYU. Good thing the bows are really attacking very well and far inside the line or else the call would be in favor of BYU. Any 50-50 call goes to BYU. Some most definitely but many others were questionable. I found it odd at certain points during early part of the match how those net calls were called at times that tried to break UH momentum. But the Bows pushed through it and still crushed!

I just watched this again and it was as satisfying now as it was back then. This was a great Warrior team and every player solid. My favorite though was Stijn. I wished he would have won a Championship but he was one of the cornerstones of our great run. Go Bows!
Patrick Gasman went off this game! So nice to see him get recognized! Usually we always talk about Dalton Solbrig running slides and I feel like Gasman gets unnoticed sometimes. Also Worsley Brothers are phenomenal. Rado and cowell had a off night but they have so many weapons it didn’t matter. Love you Bows

I am so glad and happy that our men's volleyball team went to Provo Utah and not just win over there but swept them in three sets, I saw that match and the fans were really uncool, especially that idiot who kept on kicking the sign when the Hawaii players were ready to serve, BYU is a school whose fans are considered NCAA, which means NO CLASS AT ALL, they came they conquered and shut those fans up big time, Go Bows.

The court's extra perimeter space is not appropriate for volleyball... Poor organizers... The BYU fans, lack GMRC, narrow-minded, no EQ at all... poor community... Needs lot of work on the part of the public officials and teachers to develop and enhance their values...

I feel so bad for he freshman BYU settee. He was just thrown in there, but you can tell he is definitely the reason for the problems with BYU. I especially know the hitters (mainly middles cause I had to deal with a terrible setter as a senior) are beyond frustrated.

BYU & Olmstead, tried to get an unfair advantage sitting his stars out. Hawaii had to travel nearly 3000 miles to play 3 matches in 3 days. For Olmstead to do that, they got their butts kicked by losing 2 of 3 matches and trying to get an advantage.
