Shady has a big mouth when it comes to Dallas let's talk about the complete shut down that his former team had and the way he talks I don't know how he got on this show cause he doesn't know how to talk like a professional analyst. That's why I don't like this show and I'm not they only one have friends that are Eagles fans and they don't like him
You guys are badmouthing a quarterback, that almost won NFL MVP player of the league this year. just cause they didn’t win a Super Bowl. And the defense played their worst game of the year.
Problem is, Dak is not the face of the franchise called the Dallas Cowboys. Jerry Jones is.
Jones know as long as Dak is talked about, he still wins in the end. It's all about the money.

The real problem is, the Cowboys aren’t going anywhere in the playoffs whether they have Dak or not. The Cowboys are a clown show and they have a rich culture of underachievement thanks to Jerry Jones. We saw it under Tony Romo , we see it under Dak and it will happen to whoever else is there afterwards as long as Jerry Jones is still making the decisions.

The why won't Jerry give up the tiltled of GM. Give that title over. 30 years and Jerry is the common denominator. Look at all the QB's we had. Fans complained about Dak and his contract and Romo and his contract. Jerry has hired great coaches mid coaches, good teams great teams. Dak isn't the 30 year issue. Jerry and them Jones are. So the definition is right, but it is Jerry who has us in limbo.

It is laughable how Dak fans justify Dak's terrible play against GB in the playoffs by saying the whole team played poorly. They also think the cowboys need to make wholesale changes except at the QB position. If the whole team was bad why not make changes every where.
I have a question for all the guys like Dave that say the cowboys have to pay Dak because the Falcons just paid Cousins 180 million over 4 years. Do they see the Falcons winning the SB over the next 4 years? If they do not it is ridiculous to use that for a reason.
I think the biggest difference is Kirk Cousins signed for 4yr 180mil/45 avg. Dak wants 60million a year. That's a big jump from a kirk cousins type QB.

Cousins never played with a team near as talented as Prescott.

Dave hit it on the head. Fans and media are super bowl or bust on QBs. Teams understand the value of great regular seasons, primetime games, being able to talk trash 12 times a year, sold out stadiums, merchandise sales, being talked about on national tv constantly

If the Cowboys cave, then we need to stop talking about Dallas like they're a serious franchise. They have been paralyzed this free agency cycle because of Dak's cap hit, which could only be meaningfully mitigated by extending him. That ONLY makes sense to live with if you're not resigning him at all. If you endure the consequences of not resigning Dak, only to then resign him anyway, you are completely bereft of foresight or a constant victim of the moment.

There is a solid quarterback that can bring the light again.. Cooper. He started undefeated season. I believed, in my opinion, the business side, Dak plays this season. since Jerry doesn't have to spend much on Cooper( solid quarterback) and lock other players.. And I'm not a Cowboys fan.

Just a bunch of opinions from people who didn't do much in the NFL. Shady's Superbowl appearances don't count, he didn't even play in them. Acho seems to shine more as a TV personality than an NFL player. And let's not forget when they claimed Wentz was superior to Prescott. The general perception of Prescott seems to revolve around his affiliation with Dallas and his high salary. It's worth noting that there wasn't as much criticism when he was earning less than Purdy in his initial four years as the starting quarterback for Dallas. Including his rookie year where they went 13-3. As soon as they run out of excuses to justify their slanderous remarks about Prescott, they conveniently fall back on the fact that he's associated with Dallas, using it as a flimsy reason to criticize him even more.

Take: I was a Cowboys fan my whole life, I’m 34. I’m so over knowing what will happen every year that I’m just a fan of football now. No more rooting for Dallas. Tired of knowing what will happen every year.. and Dak is a byproduct of the teams values.
