- September 2022: V3Cars analyses which variant of the 2022 Mahindra Scorpio N petrol makes the most sense for buyers in terms of the value it offers for the money you pay. Scorpio N is available with a 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine that makes 203PS of power and 370Nm of torque. This engine is available with a 6-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
Scorpio N base variant with a petrol engine costs Rs. 11.99 lakh and its top petrol-manual variant costs Rs. 19.19 lakh (both prices ex-showroom Delhi).

Z4 is the best value for money in automatic.
Other features can be added on in minimal cost..

I differ with the recommendation provided.... At 1.5L more from Z2, Z4 has all that you would need apart from alloys.... Especially height adjustable driver seats , Adjustable ORVMs, rear wiper, defogger...all of which cant be added externally...alloys could be added as an accessory...and not really a necessary spend.
I second it.. Usually the assessment is spot on. But here I feel it was not. Z4 auto is the best VFM definitely and even manual is better than Z8.
Z8 got additional safety features like curtain airbags, hill assists, and a sunroof which I think cant be added after market apart from the cosmetic changes. That we have to check like is the cost for these features justifies the premium over Z4.

Very informative loved if this was available before Aug15th, This one is too late, Not helpful when their is more than 1 lakh booking, and I still feel Z4 in automatic (diesel or Petrol) is value for money, It has all the basic need + it can save little more on Road tax and insurance, other style features can be added later

Pls help me to choose between scorpio n and innova hycross or even innova crysta if it will come back. My budget is 15-30 lakh.
go for hycross only if you need to carry 6-7 adults. as it wins in space. but its petrol engine is dull. i have driven auto and it feels dull. and interior on base model is not so good.

Z4 sabse zyada value for money hai. Ye log kuch bhi bolte h aur humesa top variant hi suggest krte h . Z8 z4 se karib 3.5 lakh jayada h to ye kaise justify h ki z8 sahi varient h aur value for money h isme sirf 4 features hi add on hue h 3.5 lakhs jayada dekar jo ki bilkul bhi jarurat k nahi h aur ye na bhi ho to koi kami mahsus nahi hogi . Z4 z2 se jyada aur z8 se bhi jyada value for money h .kyunki ki isme jarurar ki sari features available h .
They are saying based on the price and offering.. not necessary should meet our needs.. Z4 seems to lil costly but next option is too costly.. so better z4
VFM mai Rank 1 Z4 hi bola hai unhone, recommendation karte wakt additional safety and necessary features consider kar k Z8 bola hai.
