Come spend a snowy Saturday with me all warm & cozy inside this ol' mobile home that we're renting. I make french toast & bacon for breakfast, I tidy up the trailer and I make Chicken Cordon Bleu for the very first time. Hope to see ya there!

Valerie, my daughter is the one who showed me how to cook bacon in the oven. I too will not make it any other way. Clean up is a breeze. Watching you cook this breakfast brought back so many memories of when my daughter had Friday night sleepovers. I would make this or instead of the French toast I would make pancakes. As usual I love the fur babies and your and Tim’s interaction with them. Milo may not want to be a barn cat by the time y’all move to new home. Milo is getting spoiled as he should be. The cordon blue looks delicious…taste over looks any day! Love watching your videos. Watching you wash those dishes we both found ourselves saying “I know right where everything goes!” They say “pets often look like their owners.”..Max and Willowberry are sweet just like their owners. Looking forward to the next video. By the way - we saw the episode where Tim installed a new door. It inspired me to remove our beat-up 16 yr old door and put in a new 9-light door and new storm door! Thankyou Tim!

I cook bacon in my oven too 🤗 i use parchment on the bottom & then i put a piece on top to stop any grease splatter to keep the oven clean....works like a charm! 💖

Here's a tip: Try using a couple of toothpicks to hold the chicken and filling together, it works even when frying too. 🍳🍗🧀😉 Another tip: Those large flat baking sheets that have black baked on grease that's difficult to get clean? Spray it with oven cleaner and cover with plastic cling wrap/film and leave it for an hour. Remove cling wrap and scour clean. It will look as good as new! You can use this method for any badly stained pots and pans. 👩🍳
You are such an organized cook! And your kitchen is better organized than kitchens I've seen that are 2 or 3 times the size of yours. Good for you! Love how your animals get along.

I'm so surprised your counter tops haven't melted from all the hot pans that get put on there lol. I just noticed a lot of videos you take hot pots from the stove or pans straight from the oven and set them on there. That's one tough counter top🤣👍🏻

Get a bar of FelsNapta laundry soap for stains. It even took out red Gatorade when my daughter was on the hospital. This was a nice cozy video. Love the animals all getting along. I've got sweet potatoes, I'm gonna try the fries. I bought a spider spoon from Pampered Chef to fish fries out of grease. Melted too many spoons to count. I love it!!
