CHEAP 1:18th Scale Die Cast Model Cars! Great Christmas gift for a car lover!

- In need of a last minute Christmas gift for that car-loving friend or family member? Worry no more! Costco sells some great 1:18th scale model cars for a fraction of the price of what they normally sell for! These Maisto die cast cars usually sell for around $35-$40, but during the Christmas shopping season Costco sells pallets of these cars for $13.99 each. They usually have cars ranging all the way from classics to modern exotics. Some of the most popular cars I found throughout all of my trips were definitely the C7 Corvette, 2015 Mustang GT, 2015 Dodge Viper, Chevy Camaro, and much more! I wanted to make a video to share this with you guys because not a lot of people are aware that they sell cars like this for such a great deal during this time of year. The key to finding the good cars, like the exotic cars, is to DIG DEEP in the back because no one else ever looks back there! Also, try a few different stores because what they have in stock varies from store to store. For me, I wanted to add some cars to my model car collection so I took advantage of this opportunity to get these for so cheap. As you can see in the video, I really like the Lamborghini models so I bought quite a few! If any of you are wanting to start a collection of model cars I highly recommend to pick up a few of these now when they are cheap so you can get a few to jump start your collection! Great video. Was at the Costco in Canada last night, and picked up the following:
Porsche RS 4.0
Ferrari 348TS
Ferrari F50
Ferrari California T (closed roof)
Murcielago Roadster ((yellow/gold)
Aventador LP 700-4 (white)
and also a red SLS.
Interesting how the Ferrari models are not listed on the Maisto web site, but on the Bburago site. I know both Maisto & Bbuargo are owned by the same parent company, and Costco is big enough to by in bulk. All the boxes say sold to Costco. And if you look under the car models if you remove the stand, it says Maisto as the manufacture and not Bbuargo!!!

Oh my, I'm a girl, but I really love cars, specially Lamborghin's,Aventador is my favorite.❤ I just started collecting diecast cars since 2013. I still have few ones,cause I'm still in college and not yet earning my own money. But someday I'll have my own collections of lots of different cars, specially the Lamborghini and classic cars.😁 Love all the cars you bought man.👍

Yes I am just starting to explore the world of die cast cars too!! I just bought a Norev 1:18 Mercedes S Class w222 black and a SLS AMG matte black! Then I was at Costco today and got a Lamborghini Murcielago , and another SLS AMG ! I'm returning the white S63 AMG bc the quality was kind of bad...but now after watching your video I need to go back and dig!!! I want the matte gray Lambo you have sooo badly! It's such a great deal! I am getting them for all my guy coworkers!
I wash I was able to find the SLS AMG in silver...I got the blue metallic one =[

The Viper is actually very good quality for the price. Nice weight, detail, and build.

I freaking love Costco when they have these cars! I've gotten a Pagani Huayra, Lamborghini Huracan, Aventador, Diablo SV, and so much more from the for like $15 each!
This is a very nice collection
Picked up quite a few from Costco. Got a 2014 corvette stingray, mustang gt 2015, srt viper gts, mercedes amg gt, ferrari California T, 2016 camaro, lambo murcielago, lambo diablo sv, mercedes slr, mercedes sls, ferrari f50, mercedes sl63, lambo huracan, and a porsche 911 gt3rs.

Haha ya! The AMG GT is awesome in every way and I would definitely recommend it! The F50 is also amazing as well!

You know that bburago make the reventon. But since maisto and bburago are a team they just package them as a maisto. I just got a kick ass porsche rs 4.0 for $12. They are on ebay for $35-40 plus $7-$10 shipping

haha yea that's a possibility, it's a newer car, so it takes the model companies some time to get the licensing squared away. If I find one that isn't ridiculously expensive, I might look at getting it

In my opinion Any MAISTO DIE CAST whether there the 1/24 or 1/18 Scale , the Quality Of The Paint Is Second To None as Opposed to the the Much Higher End / High Cost of other Die Cast Brands, such as the Ertl American Muscle, Joy Ride, Green Light etc , etc , I've even found that the latest Maisto's (Special Edition) have more detailing . Many Ertl American Muscle Die Cast Do Not have opening trunks, poor chassis and engine detailing, ...Being an Avid 1/18 scale die cast collector myself of (approx 2500 models),..needless to say many, many of my vast die cast collection ..are Just That...... " MAISTO"....I pick up many of the Maisto Models at Christmas time ,many of which are doubles...as its Awesomely Amazing What A Good Quality Air Brush Is Capable Of...many doubles of the same model, but now All in Different Colors, .....Exterior & Interior ...Right Down to the Engine Compartments, & their Chassis!!-- MAISTO Will Never Ever Cease To Exist!!

Yea I will definitely do one of my collection! I'm leaving to go out of town tomorrow for about a week, but I will film it as soon as I can when I get back. With the recent additions in this video, my collection is now at 51 cars!

exoticcarlvr22 Ah I see, yea I like the 1/18th scales the best because they usually have more detail. And yes I do actually! It's an orange SV that I bought online for about $60. It was one of the only SV models I found under $120 because all of the other ones are made by AutoART and they are pretty expensive.
