コッペパン 上手くなりたい気持ちさえあれば入って学んで上手くなればいい。最初から上手い人なんて居ないんだし描けない人も描き方を知らないだけだから教えてもらうんだよ(*^^*)

I took manga class in my college (I'm in an art major), but I didn't get the chance to use copic markers.. They're so expensive.. ;-;

As stated in there, I believe its called "Osaka Animation College" its in Japan. Its a college mainly for anime/manga artists. Although if you are planning to go make sure you're fluent in Japanese.
I also saw an Italian girl learned Japanese and attend to one of these.
