There are several channels that are doing very similar things, and it is the same lake/reservoir as I saw one of the others boating past this very same floating structure.
I wonder if this is a cultural thing in this local or if it it just a youtube opportunity and they are following Triệu Thị Dương and others who have been at it a lot longer.
Also, while the others aren't spending much money, this structure and materials say they have a lot more money to spend on the build.
