Serenbe & Town at Trilith neighborhood tour

I traveled to Atlanta, Georgia to tour the Serenbe & Town at Trilith neighborhoods. Both neighborhoods offer innovative and unique approaches to site design that create walkable communities. The varying architectural styles offer a distinct curb appeal that isn't found in most master plan communities in the US. Join me as I point out some of the more interesting details of these communities. (Bonus: brief tour of the MLK district & the Belt line)

I've been YouTubing different ecovillages/intentional communities and this one really caught my eye. I could tell though a lot of the videos were from the founders or press releases. Which are ok, but I really want an on the ground honest look. So thank you for posting this. 🙏

Stumbled upon this video looking for footage on Trilith. I love this video and the details you shared as you walked both neighborhoods. I have acquaintances that reside in South Fulton and hadn’t even heard of Serenbe. Based on what you shared, it’s super dope!! Will definitely be checking out the area on my next visit. Georgia is so beautiful.

I also like how they have incorporated carting as we do in PTC. However, we have 200 miles of nature trails for carting, biking and walking.

Let’s be clear, this is not Atlanta, although Chattahoochee Hills is part of South Fulton. I visited Serenbe in Chattahoochee Hills (Palmetto)last week, it’s beautiful. Kane Studio is going to be built there… it put me in the mind of the hills in L.A. how they have stacked the condos n million dollars home within the mountain they are building on/in. I’m a PTC resident so I frequent Trilith (Fayetteville) - Enzo is the best restaurant (Rack of Lamb). These are the two best Utopia’s.

I absolutely love this neighborhood. If only we could find some land you and I can go build our own neighborhood. We are building our own house, we priced it with a 3 builders it was going to be over 450 to 625. We are almost done and we have built our house for more than half of the 450 mark. Why couldn’t people like us get like minded people to all go into together and build our own beautiful neighborhood. Been my dream since the 80s. Where people can live in peace and harmony. Between me and others I know we could grow our own food have cattle and chickens for our community.

that's exactly what they have done here w/ the Serenbe. It's something that can definitely be done w/ the right group of ppl
