- In today's video we fabricate and tig weld a custom aluminum fuel cell / gas tank for the independent rear suspension buggy. It has 6an fittings, fuel filter, holley fuel pump, and a holley fuel pressure regulator.

Fuel filter should be after the pump. If it's before it can cause cavitation in the line resulting in vapor lock.
The looks dope only thing i would've done different would have been putting a baffle or two in it that would have limited the sloshing around that it's gonna do , but looks great none the less 👍👍
Beautiful tank! Looks solid but why bother with the foam and not weld in a couple of baffles? Just curious, is there an advantage?

Check out the Holley HydraMat www.holley.com/products/fuel_systems/hydramat/hydramats/ You wouldn't need foam in the tank and you will be able to use all the fuel in the tank regardless of where the fuel pick up is located. Very nice tank and can't wait to see it driving.
